Believe it or not, yesterday this piece of ground was a jungle. It’s been hard work clearing it but quite satisfying. Special shout out of the day goes to Amy, who put her Thai kickboxing aggression to good use whilst chopping a massive and very stubborn piece of bamboo. I’m not planning to mess with her any time soon. Ethan and our guide Jay were also pretty handy with the machete. Last day at the nun’s orphanage tomorrow, where we are planning to plant some seeds, which will feed the kids as well as giving them more produce to sell.
